1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device so it can recognise you across pages or visits. “Similar technologies” includes local storage and session storage, which work the same way but live in the browser rather than as a cookie file. We use both.
2. Your choices
When you first visit the site you see a banner asking you to accept or decline analytics cookies. We remember your choice in your browser’s local storage and will not show the banner again on the same device.
- Strictly necessary cookies and storage are always on. They are needed for the site to function (caching, security, the booking widget).
- Analytics cookies only load if you click Accept. If you click Decline, our analytics tag still loads but in cookieless mode: it sends an anonymous ping so we can count visits, with no cookies set and no individual tracking.
- Booking widget. When you accept, the Calendly booking badge appears in the bottom corner so you can book a free consultation. When you decline, the badge is replaced with a plain link to the same booking page on calendly.com (no embedded widget, no cookies).
To change your mind: clear the iwv-consent entry from your browser’s local storage (DevTools > Application > Local Storage on most browsers) and reload the page. The banner will reappear.

5. Cookies strictly necessary regardless of consent
The reviews widget from Trustpilot A/S loads on the home page so visitors can see our public review score. Trustpilot may set its own cookies for fraud prevention and for counting unique impressions of the widget. We treat this as strictly necessary because the widget cannot display reviews without it. If you object, you can block the trustpilot.com domain in your browser; the widget will silently fail and the rest of the site will work normally.
6. Cookies we do not use
- Advertising and retargeting cookies (no Meta Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight, no Google Ads tag)
- Social-media tracking pixels
- Third-party data brokers
7. Browser controls
You can block or delete cookies through your browser’s settings at any time. Doing so may break parts of this site or other sites you visit. Useful guides:

You can disable Google Analytics on every site you visit by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
9. Changes to this policy
If the set of cookies changes (for example if we add a new third-party widget), we update this page and reset the consent banner so you can review your choice. The effective date below is the last time the policy was revised.
